Apr 17, 2017 - Aspire ES1-512-C9Y5 came with win 8.1 and I updated it to win 10 now I'm missing a driver per the device manager under. PCI encryption/decryption controller driver missing after update to win 10. The issue is resolved.

• on device manager, check about a Bluetooth adapter, if it's listed, please post if it's Atheros or Broadcom and report hardwareID too.

  those 2 devices are part of Bluetooth adapter - software suite.

  I corrected the error with the PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller via this link I discovered after posting here:

  I followed your link and downloaded and installed drivers for both Atheros and Broadcom since Device Manager was unable to identify the hardware beyond what has been noted.
  The question mark remains for both of those bluetooth devices, but Windows says they are working properly. I'm thinking these devices may be for a USB dongle that I have since stopped using.

  I downgrade windows 8.1 to windows 7.. now i use windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
  I have attempted uninstalling the device and rebooting with no success. my laptop use AMD processor
